Dre Akbad Thornton is a recognized media professional, known for his event photography, videography, sports photography and commercial portrait work. His understanding of natural light, attention to detail, and his unique perspective on environmental surroundings lend a distinctive style to his work that inspires both clients and students.

Today, Dre’ Akbad Thornton is an Event Photographer (@ Thornton/Akbad Photography). He began his work as a media pro in 2009 after working in medicine and technology and self-teaching himself to create graphic design and edit video. He has a growing collection of amazing photography and has been recognized for his work. He has traveled much of the nation performing various media services and is being encouraged to teach photography seminars, classes, and private sessions for all ages.
